The artists of Gulf Coast Artists’ Alliance and St. Pete ArtWorks will participate in “Halloween On Central” with scary music and art activities for all ages. Make a Skull Mask, a Clay Monster, and Haunted Headgear, while listening to Leon Barrickman’s terrifying melodies.
In an effort to make St. Pete more walkable and safe, twenty two blocks of Central Avenue will be closed to traffic between Dr. MLK Jr. Street and 31st Street. Experience St. Pete from a unique perspective and enjoy the businesses while rolling and strolling along Central Avenue.
